The broom is the handle of the broom, attached to the brush head to make the household hygiene tool. The dominant advantage of the product is the eye-catching design, suitable for the tastes of many customers.

Wooden broom handle is made from natural wood core. After peeling the log, we have veneers and the last cores we use for broom handles. Usually one head is Italian screw and one end domed.

The production process of wooden broom handle:

Pull off core according to the diameter as required ( usually from 2.1mm to 2.4mm)

Do expose and dry

Cut it off following the size as required (usually from 650mm to 1200mm)

Set for stick straight and make smooth surface.

- Straight: ≤ 6mm (high temperature steam pressure straighten).

- Smooth: sanding & polish & varnished 2 or 3 times.

- Dry way: dry it naturally in the sun.

- Surface: natural, PVC coated.

- Moisture:  12%-18%, depending on different seasons.

- Piece weight: 220-350g/pcs.

- Plastic cap color: black or many colors can select.

- Fumigation: fumigation by steam machine.
